Bread Round Two

With plenty of over-ripe bananas in the kitchen, I took another chance at my bread-making skills- the skills which failed me miserably during my attempt at the strawberry-blueberry bread. This time I chose a recipe from Amy Scherber, founder of Amy's Bread in NYC (and not just because we share the name although that is a benefit!) The one I chose was banana blueberry quickbread, a recipe in my class textbook, which includes ingredients I like- bananas, blueberries and oatmeal.

My hope for improvement was met as this bread tastes better than the last but it is still not aww-inspiring deliciousness. I'm ok with this, I'm still a beginner :)
