Along with the sister who I refer to as being the most creative person I know, I also have a friend named Ryan who is quite the artist. Asked to bring dessert for a pot luck, Ryan didn't settle for the store-bought coffee cake but rather was inspired to create and I'm honored that he asked me to help! We made the classic "dirt and worms" using crushed oreos, pudding, gummy worms and cool whip but added a summertime flair to the treat by creating a beach scene for topping. Crushed graham crackers appear as sand and blue food coloring added to the cool whip create the appearance of cool ocean waves. Fun and tasty, nice work Ry.
